Troubleshooting

 

 

 

Check Your Email

    • After purchase, your eSIM is sent via email.
    • If you don’t receive it within 2 minutes, check your junk/spam folder.

 

Install & Activate

    • You can install your eSIM from any country.
    • However, it will only connect once you are in the country for which you purchased the data.
  •  
  • Example: If you buy a UK eSIM while in Canada, you can install it, but it won’t get a signal until you arrive in the UK.

 

Check Data Settings

    • Once in the correct country but not getting a signal:
      • Ensure Data Roaming is turned ON.
      • Do not enable "Allow Data Switching"—this may interfere with connectivity.

 

Reset Network

    • Turn Airplane Mode ON, then OFF after a few seconds.
    • Restart your device if the signal doesn’t appear.

 

Wait for Connection

    • Sometimes, it takes a few minutes for the eSIM to register on the network.
